The casing and end cover are thin-walled parts, and the shaft has many steps and a large difference in diameter. Therefore, the deformation that may occur during clamping must be considered during processing to prevent waste products from being out of tolerance.
3. Ensure the symmetry of the magnetic components;
For magnetically conductive precision servo motor parts, such as magnetic poles, stator and rotor armature cores, and magnetically conductive casings, in terms of material selection and structural design, the magnetic circuit should be symmetrical to facilitate process assurance. In terms of processing, it should be considered not to make the cutting amount and cutting force too large, prevent excessive deformation or generate large cutting stress, increase magnetic permeability, and reduce core loss.
