Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the recruitment process and handle employee entry, resignation, transfer, promotion and other procedures;
2. Establish and improve employee personnel files, sign and update labor contracts;
3. Responsible for the company's annual training, as well as tracking and feedback on training results;
4. Responsible for the planning and implementation of the company's corporate culture activities;


Job requirements:

1. Be proactive in work, have a strong sense of responsibility, and be able to independently and flexibly handle various daily affairs in personnel and administration;
