Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for coordinating the company's human resources management, integrating and optimizing the company's human resources management, and promoting the sustainable development and progress of the organization;
2. Responsible for formulating the company's medium- and long-term human resources development strategies and plans;
3. Responsible for formulating the annual human resources work plan and supervising its implementation;
4. Responsible for preparing the annual labor demand plan and salary plan according to the company's annual operating plan and objectives, and monitoring the staffing and labor costs of each department;
6. Responsible for organizing the formulation of work system processes and work norms related to human resource management, and supervising the implementation of various departments after approval;
7. Responsible for organizing talent recruitment, campus recruitment, special recruitment activities, and cooperating with headhunting companies and labor dispatch companies;
8. Responsible for the establishment and improvement of the salary and performance system, and supervise its implementation;
9. Responsible for the establishment and improvement of the training system, and supervise its implementation;
10. Responsible for the mediation and handling of labor disputes and the establishment of harmonious labor relations.


Job requirements:

1. Have practical operation experience in manufacturing enterprises;
2. Have more than 3 years of working experience in relevant management positions such as supervisor/section chief;
3. Ability to communicate and coordinate external relations;
4. College degree or above, any major, any gender;
5. Experience in implementing KPI and human resource reserves
6. Ability to independently handle labor disputes;
7. Age 25-40 years old;
8. Excellent conditions, salary negotiable;
9. Work on Saturdays and Saturdays, monthly salary;

Age requirement: 28-40 years old
