Because PLC is a precision electronic product, the automated control system requires long-term uninterrupted operation, so the operating environment of PLC has extremely high requirements. It must be dustproof, fireproof, waterproof, high-temperature resistant, and lightning-proof. Therefore, the electrical control room is generally arranged on the second floor with double-glazed windows and water-type refrigeration and air conditioning installed. The temperature of the electrical control room is generally controlled at around 28 degrees. For dust prevention, the PLC is installed in a 1M*2.2M*0.6M control cabinet with a locked front panel and a glass door. An exhaust system with a dust cover is installed on the upper part of the cabinet to cool the cabinet.
1. Do daily work well
1. Daily preparation work: First, be familiar with the process flow, then be familiar with the instructions of various PLC modules, then understand the on-site layout, and finally ensure that all your various testing tools are intact.
2. Daily inspection work: Regularly test the voltage of the CPU battery, regularly inspect and maintain the relevant equipment that constitutes the PLC system, such as regular maintenance of UPS, use the downtime opportunity to perform artificial dust reduction and cooling on each PLC control cabinet, regular manual backup and battery backup of PLC programs, and replacement of related bad components.
II. Maintenance procedures, equipment periodic testing, and adjustment regulations
(1) Check the connection of the wiring terminals in the PLC cabinet every six months or quarters. If any loose parts are found, reconnect them in time;
(2) Remeasure the working voltage of the power supply to the host computer in the cabinet every month;
III. Regulations for regular cleaning of equipment
(1) Clean the PLC every six months or quarter. Cut off the power supply to the PLC, remove the power rack, CPU main board and input/output board in turn, blow and clean them, and then install them in their original positions in turn. After all connections are restored, power on and start the PLC host. Carefully clean the inside of the PLC box;
(2) Replace the filter under the power rack every three months;
IV. Preparation and maintenance procedures before maintenance
(1) Prepare the tools before maintenance;
(2) To ensure that the components do not malfunction and the templates are not damaged, protective devices must be used and anti-static preparations must be made carefully;
(3)Contact the dispatcher and operator before maintenance, and hang up the maintenance sign where it is needed;
V. Sequence and method of equipment disassembly and assembly
(1) When shutting down for maintenance, more than two people must supervise the operation;
(2)Turn the mode selection switch on the front panel of the CPU from "Run" to "Stop";
(3)Turn off the main power supply to the PLC, and then turn off other power supplies to the module;
(4)Remember the line number and connection position of the power cord connected to the power rack and remove it. Then remove the screws connecting the power rack and the cabinet. The power rack can be removed;
(5)The CPU motherboard and I/0 board can be removed by rotating the screws under the template;
(6)When installing, proceed in the reverse order;
